Dry Boat Storage Forklift Operator

Gold Coast City Marina, located within the marine precinct at Coomera, Queensland, requires the services of an experienced forklift operator.

The ideal candidate must posses a valid forklift licence, along with QLD motor vehicle drivers licence. The succesful applicant to be customer service orientated, smartly presented and mature minded. Experience within the marine industry preffered, but not essential.

Duties include the operation of two specialised marine forklifts, capable of lifting vessels up to 12 tonnes in weight, used to launch and retrieve customers boats stored within our massive undercover dry store complex.

Work hours would include weekends and public holidays as we are a seven day a week operation. Uniform and protective clothing supplied. Full training and induction procedures apply. Wages as per our Collective Agreement terms and conditions.
